We don’t need a Web Standard

March 24, 2008 – 3:25 pm by Dani Iswara

Maybe you’ll say validating webpages, websites or weblogs is very important.
But in fact, currently, we don’t need a (W3C) web standard.

What is the main purpose of a website / weblog?

Websites were intended to be accessible to everyone.

X/HTML (Extensible HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) validation and WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) test of some popular websites (search engines, news portals, blog & cms, operating systems & distros, browsers) are listed here.

This post contains 6 tables, be aware of your bandwidth.
