Installed Firefox Add-ons
April 26, 2008 – 1:58 am by Dani IswaraI’m using Mozilla Firefox on Slackware Linux machine.
This post provides a list of installed Firefox add-ons (extensions and search engines) on my notebook.
The latest version of Fx (Firefox abbreviation is Fx or fx, not FF) that I already use is 2.0.0.14 for Linux Slackware.
For me, the main purpose of browser is not just to browse web pages, but also to search, read email, and edit some web page elements. I have 2 favorite browsers, Firefox and Opera. Based on the add-ons, I prefer to use Fx. So I have Firefox category on this blog.
I often use these add-ons (extensions)
- Adblock Plus
- NoScript
- ImgLikeOpera
- DownThemAll
- PDF Download
- Video Downloader
- Tab Mix Plus
- Web Developer
- Colour Contrast Analyser
- SearchStatus
- Screen grab!
- Split Browser
Another extensions installed
- FoxyProxy
- Greasemonykey
- Stealther
- User Agent Switcher
- Zotero
Search engines (box) installed
- Flickr Tags
- del.icio.us tag
- Technorati
- Wikipedia (Eng)
- Yahoo! Answers
Be wise with the extensions since Fx is (still) a memory leak browser. ![]()
