Semantic Structure

Page Content
It suggest you to drop 300 or more words in a web page. Some words of original content will enhance readers and search engines to understand the web pages.
Obsolete & Deprecated HTML
Use modern web design techniques. Try to separate content and presentations layout by applying X/HTML and CSS. Avoid the use of inline CSS if possible. A little unfair. If you write a well Strict DOCTYPE, it will pass this criteria.
Download Size/Time
It shows The size of your HTML is …
They said that search engines will respect web designs which have a lightweight size.
Build your website / weblog as fast as possible to download. I guess the server capabilities is one of the important factor. Better for readers to see the content in a reasonable time.
Total Page Size
It counts such sizes:
- HTML: …KB
- Images: …KB
- CSS: …KB
- Scripts: …KB
Total: …KB
The main concept is “smaller mean faster”.
Outgoing Links
We can use rel="nofollow" attribute to outgoing links. It only for Google PageRank reason, I guess.
