Most common insurance companies may reimburse your face-to-face medical consulting only. As a patient, online physicians or doctors would help your current problems or complaints in another way electronically. The time is money on patient and physician sides, for the equality. Office visit still the most appropriate modality for patient-doctor relationship. But, there are so many modalities involving technologies in medical practices. Physician may use phone, short messaging, multimedia messaging, email, mail list, chat, twitter, video call, web visit, blog consultation, forum discussion, and other tele-health applications. Should physician be paid for their extra services? Just unessential weblog
