The download page of Dani Iswara .Net web blog provides some downloadable files. Please, feel free to get these files.
Maybe you’ll need these softwares:

• PDF reader, see
  • Adobe (free PDF Reader for Windows, Mac, Linux and Solaris operating system; Mobile edition is available)
  • Foxit Software (free PDF Reader for Windows, Windows Mobile and Linux operating system; PDF Creator)
• Office Suites (open source): OpenOffice.org (for Windows, Mac, Linux and Solaris operating system)

You can try saving the document directly. ‘Right click’ on the document link. A menu will then automatically appear.

For Microsoft Internet Explorer users, select ‘Save Target As’.
For Netscape-based (Navigator, Mozilla) users, select ‘Save Link As’.

Once you have saved the file to the specified location, open your favorite PDF Reader to read the file.

If the document in question opened automatically, the problems are related to the Acrobat plug in or to some combination of problems related to the browser / plug in configuration.

If you are still in trouble to open the document using Adobe Reader, perhaps it is most related to a corruption in the Adobe Reader itself. Or try updating with the new version.
